Fermented Food Godo

in Towada City

Making “Godo”

Japanese fermented foods originated in the Jomon Period. In Towada City, you can make local traditional fermented food called Godo using soy beans and Okara-miso paste.

We recommend to combine this with one of the Jomon tours.
